WiFi passes

If there’s WiFi available on your flight, you can buy a WiFi pass. You can do this during check-in or on board. The price depends on the type of pass you choose and the duration of your flight.

How to connect

You can use the inflight WiFi as soon as you’re seated, or shortly after take-off in some countries. Simply switch your device to aeroplane mode, connect to our WiFi network, and follow the steps popping up on your screen.

Once your device is connected, an “onboard portal” will open. Here, you can activate the Message Pass, or buy your WiFi pass if you didn't already arrange this beforehand. In this portal, you can also check your latest flight status and book activities for your destination.

We try our best to make sure that you don’t run into any issues when you buy our inflight WiFi pass. When something does go wrong, you can request a refund for your purchased pass.
